Compulsory Coaches and
Managers Meeting
All coaches and Managers are required
to attend the meeting on Tuesday 3rd March from 7:30pm at the East
Lindfield Community Hall.
Important information will be
distributed, training times confirmed, employment declarations need
to be signed, kits distributed...lots of crucial bits and pieces!
Training Days and Times
As our teams are announced I know you
will all be keen to confirm training days and times. Please be
patient as we have 16 teams who need to train with limited court
availability and we need to ensure EVERY team is allocated a
suitable time.
Coaches and Managers can NOT confirm
a training date until all team requests are received. (We can't have
8 teams training at the same time at the same place!) Please also
note that we do not have court bookings until next week, commencing
3 March.
Umpires
The KNA will run an introduction course for new umpires on
Saturday 28 February at Hornsby Heights Sports Club from 8:30am.
It is a great introduction to umpiring where you learn all the
basics, meet the umpires convenors and ask any umpiring questions
you may have. You then have the opportunity to umpire at the 9 years
round robin on Sunday 8th March to get some practice in
before the season starts. Please email Heather if you are able to
attend so you can be added to the list.
Important Dates

Calendar link at the top of this page for all relevant dates for the
2009 calendar. Important pre-season dates in addition to the grading
dates listed above are:
Nettas
Saturday 7th March - ELNC Netta Orientation Day for all 7 and 8
years players. This will be held at Lindfield East Public School
from 3:00pm to approximately 5:00pm. We would appreciate a
parent/guardian of each player attend this session in addition to
the players so we can explain some details of the upcoming season.
Saturday 21st March - KNA Netta Orientation Day. This is a round
robin carnival for all new players to introduce them to Netta before
the season starts. It will be at the Canoon Road, South Turramurra
courts, commencing at approximately 9:00am and conclude by 12:00 at
the latest.
Netball
Sunday 8th March - KNA Grading Round Robin. This is
compulsory for all 9 years teams to determine their grade for the
2009 season. It will be at the Canoon Road, South Turramurra courts,
commencing at 9:00am.
Tuesday 3rd March - Compulsory meeting for all coaches and
managers. Training dates and times will be confirmed and equipment
distributed. East Lindfield Community Hall from 7:30pm

Sunday 8th March - 9 years Round Robin from 9am. |
